SMOKED MEAT PREPARATION AT HOME

Overheating can cause a tougher texture and loss of flavour.
Fill a pot with water, boil and bring down to simmer.
Add smoked meat in the unopened bag.
Heat for 10 minutes per lb of meat.
Slice thinly against the grain with a sharp knife.
Serve on fresh rye bread with mustard.
