Delivery is available 9 am to 6 pm every day of the week, including weekends. But you must give us a day to prepare your order. For example:

PACKAGING
Packed in 16x16x16 cardboard boxes with gel freezer packs with a 2 hour timeframe from pick up at ATB to drop off your address in Ottawa east, central, south, and west delivery zones (qualifying postal codes outlined below)
Please be home or have a cooler available to receive your items
Frozen product wrapped in paper can be stored for 6 months
Frozen product in vacuum seal can be kept for 1 year.
Vacuum sealing has an additional fee for the materials and labour that scales with your order size.
