A classic Italian pork belly and loin roast rubbed with our porchetta herb mix - heavy in flavours of garlic, fennel, pepper, parsley, rosemary, thyme, chili flakes and lemon
We will slow roast this, chill it, carve it, and reheat gently for you, keeping it tender and moist.
Minimum order is 4kg raw weight. After cooking you can expect around 2.5 kg of cooked weight which equals around 1/2 lb per person (9 guests who eat meat) which is a standard serving size for protein. We are happy to adjust to your preference if you would like to make sure you have enough beef for all guests or leftovers for yourself after this event.
