Our fan-favourite house roast beef is rubbed with mustard and Montreal Steak Spice and cooked medium-rare. We will chill it, carve it, and reheat gently for you, keeping it tender and moist. Please be aware that the done-ness will go up slowly as the meat rests in the warm oven and as you keep it warm in your home. If you would prefer a different done-ness level please let us know. If you would prefer to heat this yourself at home please indicate this.
Minimum order is 4 kg raw weight. After cooking you can expect around 2.5 kg of cooked weight which equals around 1/2 lb per person (9 guests who eat meat for your event) which is a standard serving size for protein. We are happy to adjust to your preference if you would like to make sure you have enough beef for all guests or leftovers for yourself after this event.
