● Boxes can be strictly meat and others strictly cheese to accommodate your vegetarian guests and help avoid cross-contamination. ● Elegantly presented in our ATB packaging or can be easily replated on your own wooden boards or platters. ● If you would like us to build your own wood board(s) or platter(s), we require these to be dropped off to the shop 24 hours in advance. ● Crackers (standard recipe and/or gluten free) can be provided for additional fees. ● Each box serves approximately 6-8 people. For a party, we suggest at least 2 or more of our boxes for an ample selection for your guests.

Platters and containers. All of our meats are taken fresh from our counters and cooked carefully in our own kitchen. You will taste the difference.
■ House-made Roast Beef
Our fan-favourite house roast beef is rubbed with mustard and Montreal Steak Spice and cooked medium-rare. We will chill it, carve it, and reheat gently for you, keeping it tender and moist. Please be aware that the doneness will go up slowly as the meat rests in the warm oven and as you keep it warm in your home. If you would prefer a different done-ness level, please let us know. If you would prefer to heat this yourself at home, please indicate this. Minimum order is 4kg raw weight. After cooking you can expect around 2.5kg of cooked weight which equals around 1/2lb per person (9 guests who eat meat for your event) which is a standard serving size for protein. We are happy to adjust to your preference if you would like to make sure you have enough beef for all guests or leftovers for yourself after this event.
